1. What Rowloft is

Rowloft is a bring-your-own-patterns counter for crochet and knitting. You bring the patterns you bought from Etsy, Ravelry or anywhere else; the app ships no pattern library of its own. It has no account, no cloud and no server of ours.

2. Who sells what

• WaveApp LLC makes Rowloft and licenses it to you.
• The Apple App Store or Google Play sells you the Pro purchase and is the merchant for that payment. Payment, tax and refunds follow the store's rules; see the refund page.

3. Your licence

You may install and use Rowloft on devices you control, for your own crafting. You must not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app, with store billing or with anyone else's device, and you must not use it to break the law.

4. Your content

• Everything you import or create — patterns, projects, counts, yarn records, notes — stays yours. We claim no rights in it.
• You must have the right to put a pattern into the app.
• Your content never leaves your device. See the privacy page.
• Content you already created is never locked behind payment.

5. Paying

• Free covers your first project with every counter, one pattern and the lock-screen Live Activity. A finished or archived project still counts as that project.
• Pro is $14.99 once and removes the one-project limit for every 1.x release. There is no subscription and no trial.
• The price you pay is the one on the store's checkout screen, in your local currency.
• Restore purchase, in the paywall and in Settings, brings a purchase you already made onto a new device. A purchase does not expire.

6. Changes and availability

We will change features and prices only across releases, never inside one. We do not promise that the app is free of defects or always available; we do promise that an update never removes content you created.

7. Ending

You can stop using Rowloft at any time and run "Delete everything". A purchase you already made stays with the store under its rules.

8. Warranty

Rowloft is provided as is. Counting, reminders and pattern rendering can be wrong; check your work before relying on it. Rowloft is not craft instruction and not a medical device. Where the law gives you a warranty we cannot exclude, that warranty stands.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, WaveApp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for anything connected to Rowloft is limited to the greater of US$100 or what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, as recorded by the store. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.

10. Law and disputes

These terms follow the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections and courts of the place where you live still apply. Write to hello@rowloft.com first; most problems are settled by email.

11. Changes to these terms

We will tell you about a material change in the app's update notes before it takes effect. If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest stand.
